New Varieties, Handmade Containers, . . .

I am really excited about this Saturday!  Along with my usual summer plants I will be bringing three new heirlooms and super cool handmade containers plus handmade garden art.  (I have a list and pictures below).

The first of the three heirlooms that I will be bringing is a flower named "Love in a Mist".  Dating back to the 1570's this variety graced English gardens and is a wonderful cottage garden flower.  Also, "Pink Sunday sage" is another flower that I will be bringing to market.  Beautiful pink flowery spikes bloom all summer long.  And lastly orange "Calendula"  is an edible cut flower that blooms from summer into fall.

Here is the list of plants:

Tomatoes: Amish Paste, Arkansas Travelers, Beefsteak, Cherokee Purple, Green Zebra.

Peppers: Emerald Giant Bell Pepper, Mini Bell Pepper, Cayenne, Corno di Toro Giallo (Italian Sweet and Spicy), Jalapenos, and Marconi (Italian Sweet).

Eggplants: Black Beauty and Little Finger.

Flowers: Pink Sunday Sage and "Love in a Mist" (Grown in English gardens since 1570's), and Calendula.

Zucchini Starts

Herbs: Basil varieties that include- Sweet Genovese, Lime, Cinnamon, Lemon, Purple, and Thai.  Also, Oregano Zataar, Common Oregano, and Thyme.

Here are the handmade container/ garden art pictures:

This is an amazing pot for impatiens, petunias, ferns, hostas, and herbs.

Mushroom ornaments.

"Garden Guys" can be from trees, porches, or placed anywhere for a little fun.

These are a few sample pictures of what will be brought but be sure to check these out!
